We look for volunteers in reception, gardening, bar, housekeeping, artists, painters and handi-people. The best fit depends on your dates, languages, experience and what the hostel needs that week.
Reception
Welcome travelers, help with questions, share the weekly rhythm and learn hostel operations from the front desk.
Gardening
Care for the green spaces that make the hostel feel alive, calm and connected to the mountains and jungle.
Bar
Support social evenings, keep the atmosphere warm and help guests meet each other naturally.
Housekeeping
Help keep rooms and shared spaces clean, comfortable and ready for the next backpacker.
Artists & painters
Leave a visible piece of your creativity through murals, signs, details and small visual improvements.
Handi-people
Bring practical hands for repairs, maintenance, building, fixing and improving the house.
Basic conditions
A clear exchange,

- 4–5 hours of daily work

- Monday to Wednesday Dinner on the House included for volunteers too
